Open enrollment is a short, high-stakes window where employees need to quickly understand complex benefits and take action. For Vontier’s annual enrollment period, I developed a cohesive, multi-channel campaign designed to guide that process with clarity and consistency.

Centered on a simple, human message – investing in your future starts with investing in yourself – the campaign spanned email, digital signage, print collateral, and a comprehensive benefits guide. Each touchpoint was designed to be clear, scannable, and aligned, helping employees move from awareness to action.

The result was a unified system that made complex information easier to navigate and supported timely enrollment across a distributed workforce.
